AAS Town Hall Webinar
Allyship
The Association for Academic Surgery (AAS) is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. To achieve these goals, specific actions are needed. Allyship is one act that is effective, powerful and collaborative. Allyship is defined as the intentional practice of using power and privilege to achieve equity and inclusion while being accountable to marginalized people’s needs. Join us as we discuss allyship and learn from surgical leaders on how all of us can become effective allies.
