Committee on Academic Advancement Self Nomination for Frances Lee

As a surgeon and clinical educator, I would like to become more involved with AAS committees. My mission is to promote the organization and help create content that will be educational and accessible to faculty and trainees from all backgrounds. As a community academic surgeon I offer a unique perspective  and hope to encourage members from academic-affiliated or hybrid programs to engage with the society for both faculty and trainee academic advancement.
