As a resident general surgeon at Zhejiang provincial peoples hospital, Hangzhou, China. I am eager to have a chance to contribute to the global surgery landscape. Pursuing my post graduate studies in this part of the globe offers a unique persepective on surgical education and practice. As I am still in my infancy stage of surgical expertise i welcome any opportunity for growth and learning.

My committment to fostering international collaboration in surgery has grown as i have progressed through my residency years, participating as the host of the in international events such as annual hospital sino-india, sino-africa forums held at my hospital, oral presentations at academic conferences for international students in china, have honed my ablity to bridge cultural gaps, a skill essential for international surgical organisations such as AAS.

I am a multilingual professional fluent in English, Swahili, Chinese and French. My research contributions, evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals and awards for presentations at academic conferences, underscore my dedication to advancing surgical knowledge. Main focus being on surgical training.

I have conducted a laparoscopic surgery training  10 week workshop at my hospital for undergraduate medical students aligninig with the goal of developing international courses. I am passionate about sharing nkowledge and believe that my background in both a developing and a developed healthcare system would bring valuable insight.

I am committed to dedicating my time and effort required for conference calls, meetings and look forward to contributing to the AAS's mission of global surgical advancement.
