I have been a resident member of AAS for almost 4 years now, attended my first conference just before the pandemic, and served 2-years on the ethics committee from 2021-2023. I am eager to continue contributing to the AAS. I currently serve on my hospital's ethics committee, and am resident co-chair of our department's DEI committee, so I would love to exchange ideas and share my prior and ongoing committee experiences. Finally, I am currently our residency's education chief resident, and enjoy organizing educational programs and curricula for surgical audiences.
